Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Online Seva Kendra, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds with clear timelines to ensure transparency.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.
- However, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- For perishable items such as flowers and eatables, cancellations are not accepted. However, a refund or replacement can be processed if the customer proves the product quality is not satisfactory.
Refund Policy
- For damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will investigate the issue with the vendor/merchant within 5 business days of receiving the complaint.
- If the complaint is verified, we will either replace the product or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- If the product does not match the description or is not as expected, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After review, the Customer Service team will decide on a replacement or refund.
- For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer directly to the manufacturer for any claims.
Refund Processing Timelines
- For approved cancellations, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- For refunds related to product defects or quality issues, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the issue has been verified.
